I am an accredited Trauma Therapist and Integrative–Relational Psychotherapeutic Counsellor (MBACP). I offer depth-oriented, body-based therapy to individuals and groups, creating carefully held spaces that support healing, insight and meaningful change.
My work integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Somatic Experiencing, supporting clients to move beyond survival and reconnect with safety, vitality and embodied self-leadership.
Trauma therapist in Soho, London specialising in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Somatic Experiencing for trauma, anxiety and complex PTSD.
I work with adults navigating the impact of trauma, complex trauma and long-standing emotional patterns. Many of the people I see are living with anxiety, depression, dissociation, low self-worth or relational difficulties.
I have particular experience supporting survivors of sexual abuse and sexual violence, including experiences that were early, repeated or relational in nature. This work is approached with care and respect for the body’s pace and boundaries.
I also work with clients exploring identity, sexuality, relationships and belonging, including those from LGBTQ+ communities. My practice is inclusive and affirming of difference.
This widens the lens without erasing your strengths.
While many people begin therapy seeking relief from distress, the work often moves beyond survival. As safety and nervous system regulation develop, therapy becomes a space for reclaiming vitality, agency and embodied confidence.
Through embodied awareness and inner attunement, clients often experience greater choice, creativity and aliveness — reconnecting with an inner sense of power that is grounded and their own.

My approach is grounded in the understanding that trauma is held not only in the mind, but in the body, nervous system and relational field. I primarily work using a blend of Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Somatic Experiencing, alongside polyvagal-informed and trauma-stabilisation approaches.
I am trained to IFS Level 3 through the official IFS Institute and have completed the full three-year Somatic Experiencing training. I have also trained in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy.
Therapy is collaborative and paced carefully. Consent, curiosity and empowerment are central. A key part of my work is supporting a compassionate, embodied relationship with your inner world — helping to build safety, regulation and self-trust without overwhelm.
Clients come to me for support with:
– Trauma and complex PTSD
– Sexual abuse recovery
– Anxiety and depression
– Low self-esteem and confidence
– Bereavement and grief
– Relationship and family difficulties
– Dissociation
– Eating disorders and body image concerns
– Chronic stress and nervous system dysregulation
– Identity-related distress
Alongside personal trauma, the work may gently touch on intergenerational, cultural and systemic layers, including the impact of oppression and long-standing adaptive patterns held within the body and psyche.
I also work sensitively alongside clients living with chronic conditions and those exploring questions of meaning, spirituality and belonging.
I have previously worked within a trauma-focused clinic on Harley Street, alongside roles within the NHS and specialist services.
I now work in private practice in Soho, Central London, offering individual therapy and group work in a calm and discreet environment.
